My career

I'm originally from Graz and moved to Innsbruck in 2014 to study medicine at the Medical University of Innsbruck. I am currently training to become a general practitioner - a field that is very close to my heart, not only because of the diverse medical content, but also because of the direct contact with people.

At the same time, I am currently studying non-profit, social and health management at the Management Center Innsbruck. Through my clinical work, I have realized how strongly structural and organizational factors can influence the quality of medical care. This is precisely where my growing interest in public health comes in: I am particularly fascinated by issues of health equity, care planning and the efficient and equitable design of healthcare systems.
